Greek companies: Turnover exceeds €472 billion in 2024

Turnover increased by 4.1% compared to 2023 - Construction and administrative activities saw the largest increases

The turnover of Greek businesses reached €472.72 billion in 2024, up 4.1% from €454.24 billion in 2023.

In particular, the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) announced data on the evolution of the turnover of enterprises in all sectors of the economy, incorporating the latest data on turnover from administrative sources, December and Q4 2024.

For all enterprises and activities of the economy, the turnover in the year 2024 amounted to €472.72 billion euros, an increase of 4.1% compared to the year 2023, which had amounted to €454.24 billion euros.

The largest increase in turnover in the year 2024 compared to 2023 was recorded by enterprises in the Construction sector, by 15.8%, and in the Administrative and Supporting Activities sector, by 14.0%, while enterprises in the Electricity, Gas and Air Conditioning Supply sector, by 9.2%.
