The star of “Emily in Paris“, Lily Collins, openly expressed her support for Kamala Harris in an Instagram post just days before the American elections.

In the photo shared by the actress, she poses wearing a shirt with a sticker indicating her participation in the electoral process. “I am proud to have used my voice and my vote to support Kamala Harris,” she wrote in the caption of her post.

“Voting for #HarrisWalz is a vote for women’s rights, LGBTQ+ rights, climate policy, and environmental protection, access to education and healthcare, and so much more. We have already seen the dangers of the alternative,” Collins added, encouraging her fans: “Use your vote to fight for what is right.”

For some of her fans, it may come as no surprise that the actress supports the Democratic presidential candidate. Her father, the famous singer-songwriter Phil Collins, has openly expressed his opposition to Donald Trump, stating to Billboard in 2016: “I have a house full of anti-Trump.”

Collins joins a list of celebrities who have publicly sided with Harris, including Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, and Beyoncé, as reported by the Independent.
