Velopoulos tore the Prespa Agreement’s Government Gazette in Parliament 

We will honor Konstantinos Karamanlis's Macedonia

Kyriakos Velopoulos tore the Government Gazette of the Prespa Agreement from podium of the Hellenic Parliament, claiming it to be a dignified and patriotic action.

Specifically, Leader of Greek Solution (Eliniki Lysi) claimed that many expressed the President of  Skopje provoked, further noting who elected VMRO. Mr. Velopoulos continued by stressing that the problem lies within the issue of history.

The leader of the party Greek Solution took it a step further where at the podium tore a copy of the Agreement exclaiming, “we will honor Konstantinos Karamanlis’s cry for Macedonia. If New Democracy wants to honor him, there’s only one solution, and if the government can’t provide it we will.” Mr. Velopoulos continued by saying, “this is the Prespa Agreement; if there was a dignified, national, patriotic government, it would do this. Bring the memoranda here now, let’s all vote against them,” and then proceeded to shred the Prespa Agreement’s Government Gazette.
