A fire broke out on the island of Paros, in the area of Pyrgaki of Parikia, in a residential area.
Due to the winds the fire has reached great proportions, and emergency alerts have been sent by 112 to evacuate people and head to the beach.
Nineteen firefighters are operating on the scene, with six vehicles, while a helicopter is making drops.

As you can see in the pictures, the fire is burning just a few meters away from houses.
