UPDATE:

According to information the aircraft (probably an Airbus A350) collided with a Japanese Coast Guard plane immediately after landing, resulting in an explosion and a massive fire that spread to the runway.

At the same time, five crew members of the Coast Guard plane are missing, while one person managed to get away.

It is not known at this time whether it was an error by the control tower that gave the “clear” to land, or whether the Coast Guard plane suddenly entered the runway while the Japan Airlines plane was landing.
