An accident occurred in Evia and more specifically in Kymi during the jet ski world championship.

Two jet skis while in the race for unknown reasons skidded onto the beach below the well-known hotel. The volunteers of the Evia sar 312 rescue team immediately arrived at the scene and provided first aid to the two injured.

One was more injured and was taken to Kymi Hospital by EKAV ambulance.
