Teen ejected out back windshield of cop car after crash tries to run away (videos)

The officer had to be freed from the vehicle and sent by helicopter to the hospital

Newsroom May 31 07:33

A police officer is injured and a suspect is in custody after the officer’s patrol car crashed and flipped sending the suspect flying out the back window in unbelievable fashion.

Logan Younger, the suspect, a 19-year-old, was able to kick the police car door and partially break free from his handcuffs before the collision. Younger escaped the incident after flying out of the patrol car’s back window, but he was apprehended shortly after. The officer had to be freed from the vehicle and sent by helicopter to the hospital.

“I didn’t know really what was going on,” a nearby witness said. “I mean, they just kept pouring cop cars and there were, like, three ambulances here. I wasn’t sure until, like, I saw them bring the guy back.”
