Preschool teacher & ‘anti-Israel activist’ fired for tweets about killing Jews!

Exposed by the "Canary Mission"

Newsroom February 23 07:12

A former Texas pre-school teacher and anti-Israel activist has come under fire after a number of tweets surfaced showing her railing against Jews, including one encouraging her “baby girl” to “kill some Jews.”

The tweets were exposed by the Canary Mission, a project that “documents people and groups that are promoting hatred of the USA, Israel and the Jewish people”, particularly on college campuses.

Nancy Salem belonged to ‘Students for Justice in Palestine’ – a group at the University of Texas that the Canary Mission describes as a “focal point for campus anti-Semitism”.

24 students at the University of Texas have been exposed by the Canary Mission, including Nancy – whose tweets now sit on the front page of the project’s website.

DallasNews.com reports that Nancy has since deleted her social media accounts. The pre-school she works at released the following statement.

Providing a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment is of the utmost importance to us. The offensive comments certainly don’t reflect our views. Our employees are expected to uphold certain standards of personal and professional conduct. Our senior leadership has thoroughly investigated this matter.

This person no longer works for our company.
