Narendra Modi expressed his gratitude to Kyriakos Mitsotakis for the communication they had on the occasion of his birthday in a post on X. The Indian prime minister also stressed that his country’s strategic partnership with Greece continues to grow in various sectors.

In detail, he wrote the following: “It was a pleasure to have a conversation with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis today. I am grateful to him for his warm wishes on my birthday. The strategic partnership between India and Greece continues to grow in the areas of trade, investment, connectivity, defence, security and interpersonal relations.”

“We reaffirmed our commitment to the timely conclusion of the India-EU Free Trade Agreement and to regional peace and security,” the Indian Prime Minister added.
