NHS: Citizens will rate hospitals by sms – See the questionnaire

From Monday, 14 July, the evaluation of public hospitals by citizens themselves when they are discharged after hospitalisation starts

Newsroom July 9 11:00

On Monday, July 14, the SMS will begin sending sms to hospitalized patients being discharged to evaluate their experience in the National Health System (NHS). The new digital tool for the evaluation of public health services will be presented today at noon by Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis and Digital Governance Minister Dimitris Papastergiou at a press conference.

In the context of the general evaluation of public services by citizens, which has already started on a pilot basis, a new, innovative program is being activated that aims to provide useful data to the leadership of the Ministry of Health, so that it can take targeted corrective action. Patients hospitalized in public hospitals, starting next Monday, will receive a link via text message as soon as they are discharged to answer a specific questionnaire.
