A man was found seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon (24/12) in Varkiza.

According to reports, the man was located at the intersection of Boreadon and Mouson streets, suffering from an abdominal injury.

Earlier, citizens had called the police, reporting gunfire.

The man was transported alive to the Asklepieio Voula Hospital and, according to information, is around 50 years old, possibly of Albanian origin.

It has not yet been confirmed whether his injury resulted from gunfire.
