Shocking details have emerged about the brutal murder of a woman in Ampelokipoi, who was killed by her own husband in a fit of jealousy.

According to reports from protothema.gr, the crime took place in the couple’s home while their children were asleep.

The tragic events unfolded when the woman, allegedly after receiving a phone call from a male friend, went into the bathroom to talk.

The husband overheard the conversation, became enraged, and decided to kill her.

Sources reveal that the man grabbed a hammer and struck her on the head, causing her to lose consciousness and collapse. He then allegedly strangled her with his hands, wrapped her lifeless body in a sheet, and hid it in their room.

The next morning, the children woke up, got ready for school, and asked where their mother was. The father told them she had gone to work. After dropping them off at school, he later left them with his brother.
