Ampelokipi: Criminal charges for terrorism to the arrested

The prosecution for four felonies and two misdemeanors against both the 31-year-old arrested man and the 33-year-old woman who is hospitalized under guard at the Evangelism and against another girl with whom they have a friendly relationship and is in the Netherlands, was brought by the Athens Prosecutor’s Office.

In fact, arrest warrants were issued against the two women.

Specifically, the charges relate to the formation and membership of a terrorist organization, terrorist acts of manufacturing and possession of explosives, terrorist acts of supplying explosives, explosions with possible malicious intent which could have endangered human lives. In addition, the indictment includes two misdemeanors for damage to foreign property and illegal possession of weapons.

The case has been assigned to an investigator from whom the arrested man is expected to request time to prepare his defense. The magistrate when the 33-year-old woman’s health condition allows it.
