An easy and healthy snack

Newsroom June 18 12:02

Oat bars are a must-have! They make a healthy breakfast and snack, keeping you satisfied to resist nibbling. They’re also a great snack for kids

Ingredients

4 egg whites (120g)
140g powdered sugar
45g all-purpose flour
130g desiccated coconut
100g dried figs, finely chopped
120g milk chocolate, finely chopped
70g oats
80g honey
90g chocolate couverture

Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius and line a 20×30 cm baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2
Place the egg whites in the mixer bowl and whisk until they form peaks. Remove the meringue from the mixer, add the powdered sugar, and gently fold with a spatula. Then add the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate coating, and mix.
