Eurovision 2024: Cyprus advances to the final – Which other countries qualified

10 countries secured their spots in the grand final of Saturday

The first semifinal of the 68th Eurovision has concluded, with Cyprus advancing to the grand final on Saturday.

Silia Kapsis impressed on stage with the song “Liar,” while Croatian artist Baby Lasagna stole the show with “Rim Tim Tagi Dim,” considered this year’s favorite in the competition.

From the 15 countries participating in the first semifinal, the following 10 qualified:

1. Serbia / Teya Dora – Ramonda
2. Portugal / Iolanda – Grito
3. Slovenia / Raiven – Veronika
4. Ukraine / a. alyona & J. Heil – Teresa & Maria
5. Lithuania / Silvester Belt – Luktelk
6. Finland / Windows95man – No Rules!
7. Cyprus / Silia Kapsis – Liar
8. Croatia / Baby Lasagna – Rim Tim Tagi Dim
9. Ireland / Bambie Thug – Doomsday Blue
10. Luxembourg / Tali – Fighter

It should be noted that last year’s winner (Sweden) and the Big-5 countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom) automatically qualify for the grand final on May 11.
