Mitsotakis’ speech to the Parliament on the budget (video) (Upd.2)

The Prime Minister stated that the 2024 budget is a cut as it is the first to be drawn up after the recovery of the investment grade

Newsroom December 17 06:58

With the speech of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the five-day debate in Parliament on the “State Budget of 2024” comes to an end.

The Prime Minister began his speech by saying that the 2024 budget is a cut as it is the first to be drawn up after the recovery of the investment grade.

He also noted that this fact, in connection with the results of the New Democracy’s economic policy, sends the message abroad that the era of unreliability has definitively passed for Greece.

The investment stage is a landmark, it is the opportunity to show the best side of ourselves and the treatment of long-standing problems.

The investment grade says it all as it seals the end of oversight. The era of unreliability is over for good.
