For the complaint against Petros Filippidis for the attempted rape of a 27-year-old actress in a theater dressing room, the prosecutor requested the actor’s guilt.

Specifically, Stella Stoya stated, among other things, in her speech: “Didn’t the defendant explain to us why, after all this was done consensually, why she (the complainant) didn’t get any acting role?” The accused tried to undermine the credibility of the complainant. Threats to exclude her from the theater led her to fear.”

“He didn’t have the clarity to think logically then. Today she wouldn’t feel scared and abandoned. Then her psychology was fragile. She was afraid, she felt threatened by the accused and that’s why she was also responding to his messages. They were mentally hostage. The idea of the threat had grown in her mind. Regarding the position of the defence and why the complainant did not report the accused at the time, the complainant felt that she would not be able to deal with the influential Filippidis at the time. The accused forced the complainant to commit sexual acts with the use of force, he should be found guilty.”
