Maria Sakkari and Stefanos Tsitsipas feature in Netflix new “Breaking Point” Docuseries (video)

Netflix’s tennis-themed documentary is now counting down and among those featured in the series will be top Greek stars, Maria Sakkari and Stefanos Tsitsipas.

The documentary is titled “Break Point” and the first five episodes will focus on Melbourne Park, Indian Wells, Mutua Madrid Open, and Roland Garros. The first episode will air on 13/1/2023.

The series will show plenty of on-court action and background from the tournaments in Wimbledon, Eastbourne, Queens Club, the US Open as well as the WTA and ATP Finals. In addition to Maria Sakkari and Stefanos Tsitsipas, other stars featuring will be Iga Swiatek, Rafa Nadal, Nick Kyrgios, Matteo Berrettini, Ons Jabeur, and a slew of other top tennis players.

Filming has mostly taken place over the last year and the camera has followed the athletes on and off the court at many major WTA and ATP tournaments.
