Athens Mayor Kostas Bakoyannis officiated over a marriage where the best man was a…Panda, or more precisely a man dressed up as a Panda.

As he wrote in a post he uploaded on his Facebook profile, on Wednesday afternoon, a couple whom he married with the deputy mayor of Athens, Katerina Gagakis, exchanged vows of eternal love but took the initiative and chose as its best man a… huge Panda (which in Greek means for forever)!

“Love for… forever! The best best-man ever. To have a life-long marriage!” he wrote in his post.
