Bulgarian homeless man reportedly raped Greek woman in Voula

A 49-year-old foreigner was arrested on Saturday afternoon (20/8) in Voula after being accused of raping a Greek woman.

According to the information from the Greek Police, the 49-year-old is accused of raping a woman inside an abandoned building on Friday night.

According to reports, the perpetrator is a homeless Bulgarian, to whom the woman regularly took food. At eleven o’clock on Friday night, she again brought him a plate of food and a bottle of wine at the shed he has built himself in the area. As soon as the woman approached, he grabbed her by the arm and led her into the shed where he raped her.

She started pushing him and shouting, while the next day she reported the incident, and the homeless man was taken to the prosecutor.
