PM Mitsotakis to meet with Russian President Putin – Expectations are low about the outcome

The main issue on the agenda is energy

Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the seaside city of Sochi Energy in the Black Sea, with Greek sources expressing low expectation considering that the climate prevailing in the EU with Nord Stream 2 and the cold period of the Greek-Russian relations.

Mitsotakis will arrive in Sochi resort, where the Winter Olympics were hosted, to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Yesterday a Greek delegation led by Minister of Environment and Energy Costas Skrekas met with the powerful agent of the Russian giant of Gazprom Alexei Miller on the main topic of the agenda a more favourable agreement for the supply of natural gas.
